Welcome to Wilson Elser’s Product Liability Blog

Our goal is to share the insights of our more than 100 experienced product liability defense attorneys from 24 strategically-located offices throughout the United States. We will identify topics that are relevant to the substantive and procedural aspects of product liability defense. We will invite discussion among product liability claims handlers and defense counsel.

We will draw on our product liability defense activity to highlight topics relevant to the day-to-day defense of product liability cases. We will explain why topics are important to our readers and be certain to address those drawn from your “frequently asked questions.” We will also suggest courses of activity that might improve the defense of product liability cases including product liability loss prevention and risk management techniques.
